Dive into three days of wine-filled celebrations. From Singapore’s largest ever tasting of Australian wines, to a not to be missed Welcome Party at Burnt Ends, or lavish lunching with a selection of prized bottles from the producer’s cellars, this is a weekend to discover another side of the wines from Australia–brought together under the banner of Modern Australia.

THE GRAND WALKABOUT TASTING

Taste over 200 wines from across Australia in a deep dive into the country’s emerging modern styles. From established contemporary icons to avant-garde producers pouring in Singapore for the very first time, this afternoon tasting will challenge and redefine expectations of Australian wine today.

FRI 22 MAY
WELCOME PARTY
Burnt Ends | 7—11pm
To kick start Uncorked: Modern Australia, we’re partnering with Burnt Ends for a night of top tier Australian BBQ feasting & list of wines that will be impossible to say no to!
Expect smoky, wood-fired plates served fresh from the grill, alongside a one-off à la carte wine list created exclusively for the occasion. With DJs spinning into the night, this is a welcome party built for great food, great bottles, and many clinked glasses.

SUN 24 MAY
SUNDAY CELLAR SESSION
Claudine | 12–3pm
To round out the trio of days, we’re assembling the entourage of producers for a veritable feast of both vinous and culinary delights. Long tables. Large format bottles. Lavish lunching. A relaxed yet refined final toast to the festival, in a truly convivial manner.
We invite consumers to rummage their own cellar through for a special bottle or two to share, alongside something from the wineries. With more than 50 wines from the producer’s cellars, this will be a lunch of some truly special bottles & cheers.
