Bérêche’s Brut Réserve represents the array of 4 villages in which the family has holdings, and is an equal parts blend of the three main grapes of Champagne – Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. Raphaël, along with his brother Vincent are continuing the foundational legacy that their father, Jean-Pierre began by bottling his own Champagnes as a grower-producer. The Brut Réserve is backed by 30% of wines from a perpetual reserve, adding depth & complexity that eclipse many other non-vintage cuvées on the market. The vines have been farmed in a biodynamic approach with the conversion of their vineyards corresponding to a higher quality of wines being produced by the brothers. The wines display incredible freshness and balance, integrating masterful usage of oak.
