Description
This set of three Beaujolais pays homage to the famous “Gang of Four” producers from Beaujolais, dubbed by famous wine importer to the USA, Kermit Lynch. Jean Foillard, Marcel Lapierre, Jean-Paul Thevenet and Guy Breton made a name for themselves by working in ways counter to the common Nouveau style practices of the time. Rather, they largely focused on the principles of organic farming, reduced use of sulphur, later picking and the use of wild yeast – many of these concepts are now associated with natural wine-making.
