Fabien Duveau Saumur Champigny Les Menais 2021

Fabien Duveau represents the 8th generation of his family estate, having taken the reigns in 2008. Upon joining the domaine, he introduced both organic and biodynamic viticultural practices to the domaine’s 40 parcels spread out over 20 hectares. His intense focus upon the vines lead to a truly deep dive & exploration of the intra-parcel individualities, with separate bottlings from within the famed Les Poyeux vineyard, including a truly rare Chenin Blanc from a mere 0.08 hectare plot.

Grown in clay and limestone soils within the vineyard of Les Menais, with Varrains. Fermentation and ageing in concrete to retain a fresh and crunchy style of Cabernet Franc, still with depth to it.
