Holding the exclusive use of the elusive appellation Coteaux de Dijon, Marc Soyard is managing a historic 8 hectare estate on the outskirts of Dijon. Organically farmed, with a series of biodynamic practices, the greatest influence on his winemaking style came from his time at Domaine Bizot. The ‘Cras’ Bourgogne comes from the Le Grand Bessy vineyard, planted in 1983. Whole cluster fermentation, bringing incredible lift and perfume.
